Breakfast - Monday 11th July.
My usual 3 slices of nitrate free bacon + 2 free range eggs & a cocoa + hazelnut ‘nutella’ smoothie.
Sooo yummy!!
For the smoothie:
¾ cup of coconut water.
½ cup toasted hazelnuts.
3 tablespoons cocoa.
2 medjool dates.
1 frozen banana.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
Handful of ice.
Really tasted like nutella, which is something I used to be so guilty of snacking on all the time before I realised it was 100 cals per tablespoon!! (Most of which comes from added sugar!)
